Guarantee
Defective or damaged product
If your delivery contains a defective or damaged item, we ask that you send us an email to the following address: infos@lashopastores.ca within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please include the following information in your message:
- Your name
- Your order number
- Photo or video proof of the breakage
- A brief, clear description of the problem
Our after-sales service will analyze your request and return a new part or item to you as soon as possible, free of charge. We keep any decision regarding repair or exchange at our discretion. For your request to be accepted, we ask you to return the defective merchandise while retaining the original delivery boxes, otherwise the shipment will require new packaging which will be at your expense.
Color accuracy
If you are not satisfied with the color you have chosen, unfortunately it is not guaranteed since these are custom-made products. To avoid confusing certain color shades, we offer a virtual sample service available for you. This will make it easier for you to visualize the colors and will ensure that you are making the right choice.
Free delivery
We are proud to offer free delivery across Canada . For blind sizes of 90 inches and more, the customer will have to pay an additional fee of $90 since these are oversized sizes.
Guarantee
To allow you to make your purchases with complete confidence, we offer an attractive guarantee on all our products. Please note that only La shop à blinds is authorized to refuse a guarantee, at its sole discretion, according to its judgment.
Motorization / remote control / chargers : One (1) year warranty with proof of purchase, non-transferable from owner.
Alternating blinds, opaque fabrics : Two (2) year warranty, with proof of purchase, non-transferable from owner.
Please note that the following items are not covered by our two (2) year warranty:
- Natural discoloration
- Excessive exposure to heat, sunlight or humidity
- Damage due to improper installation
- Damage due to poor maintenance
- Any damage caused by an animal or child
Modify or cancel an order
It can happen to everyone to change their mind and we understand that! That's why we accept changes/cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. Beyond this period, additional costs may apply or it may be impossible to make your changes.

Delivery delay
Depending on current traffic, our delivery times may vary. Sometimes situations beyond our control can cause our deadlines to exceed 7 weeks. Please know that we do everything to offer you a service that meets your expectations and focus on the quality of your entire experience, including delivery time. The deadlines displayed on our site are for information purposes only.

Did you know that a Canadian law is now in effect regarding the risks of choking with rope systems? As parents, we advocate, just like you, the safety of children. This is why we stay on the lookout and offer mechanisms without an accessible chain to avoid any risk that could cause injury.
Dimensions
As you know, our products are completely custom made, so it is not possible for us to issue a refund if there is an error on your side regarding the dimensions provided. This is why we strongly recommend that you visit our How to measure tab to avoid any dimensional errors.
